The important stuff about our Grazing Tables & Platters

We need between 1-3 hours (depending on the length of graze booked), to transform your plain table into grazing heavenly art.

If you're having the floral and props package, we will need an extra hour

We don't supply plates, napkins or cutlery as standard, but you can add these into your package at an extra cost.

All tables/surfaces are to be provided by the client/Venue. Tables/surfaces must be set up in a cool area away from sunlight.

Food on the grazing table can be left out for around 4 hours and then must be disposed of.

Any food left over after your event will not be the responsibility of The Graze Company. 

Dietary Requirements/Allergies

If you or any of your guests have any dietary requirements/allergies please state these upon booking so we can cater for all needs. We also cater for vegans, vegetarians, gluten free diets etc. We cannot guarantee that our platters and grazing tables are nut free.

Travel

We keep all food cool during travel to the venue.

We’re a Merseyside based company and travel costs are worked out based on mileage from us to you and back.

Booking/Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking, with the full balance due no later than 7 working days prior to your event, unless agreed otherwise. Tables cannot be secured until the deposit is received by us.

Unfortunately we can't hold dates and we don't give refunds. We can offer possible date changes if available and if told well in advance.

Hours

Delivery & Collection hours are from 10am to 6:30pm. 

Food & Produce

All Graze Boxes, Graze Platters and Graze Tables are a mix of high quality artisan and/or farmhouse cheeses, charcuterie, dips, gourmet crackers, nuts, chocolate, fresh fruit, dried fruit, olives and condiments. We work with nature and changes will be made with the seasons.  Ingredients are subject to availability.  We provide alternatives for gluten-free, vegetarian and vegans. Please inform us well in advance of any dietary requirements. 

Please note: We cannot guarantee that our platters, boxes and grazing tables are nut free.

Inventory

The client must sign an inventory sheet upon completion of set up. Any lost or damaged equipment/props will incur a charge at retail price.  All equipment/props must be collected by us or returned by the client within 2 working days. Please note that the Graze Company does not provide the table or surface cover. This must be supplied by the client.
